Husband and Wife team, Philip and Freda are Edinburgh born and bred and have ran a successful Hair Salon for over 30 years.
Looking for our own new adventure and change of lifestyle, we decided to up sticks and relocate our lives to the beautiful Pethshire countryside.
Our stunning new home at Culdeesland Steading which has its own private Self Catering property, The Shiel, is truly a most unique and spacious accommodation and Holiday Let.
People are our passion, so decided to embark on a new business venture, which will allow our service experience to be put to good use.
Having a flair for style and great hospitality, The Shiel is the perfect venture for us as an outgoing couple who love to meet people.
Our ethos is that we hope that all our guests will have a ‘home from home’ experience in luxurious surroundings with everything you might need for a relaxing stay in beautiful Perthshire and all it has to offer.
The guests at The Shiel will always receive the warmest of welcomes from us. We will respect your privacy at all times, but are never too far away if you should need our help with anything during your stay.
